By booking an appointment with our studio or any of our artists, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
Artist Booking & Availability
Each artist operates independently and controls their own booking process, availability, pricing, and design decisions.
Booking methods (DM, email, booking form, etc.) may vary by artist. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and confirmed.
Artists reserve the right to decline any project for any reason, including but not limited to subject matter, placement, or style compatibility.
Deposits
All deposits are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
Deposits are required to secure your appointment date and time.
Deposit amounts may vary by artist and project.
Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are not transferable to another artist or another client.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Rescheduling is allowed once only, at the artist’s discretion.
Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will automatically forfeit the deposit and may require full payment upfront to rebook.
Artists reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, your deposit will be honored toward a future date.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in:
Shortening of your session
Rescheduling with deposit forfeited
Cancellation at the artist’s discretion
Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
Design & Consultation Policies
Custom designs are drawn specifically for each client and appointment.
Designs are not sent in advance unless explicitly stated by the artist.
Minor changes can be made on the day of the appointment; major changes may require rescheduling and an additional deposit.
All designs remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, or tattooed by another artist.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is determined by the artist based on size, detail, placement, and time required.
Quotes are estimates and may change if the design or placement changes.
Accepted payment methods vary by artist (cash, card, digital payment, etc.).
Full payment is due at the end of your session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Age & Identification
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment.
No exceptions—this includes parental consent.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
We reserve the right to refuse service if tattooing may pose a health risk.
Do not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs—this will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Proper aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare.
Guest Policy
Guest policies vary by artist and studio capacity.
No extra guests unless approved in advance.
Children and pets are not permitted in the tattooing area.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are offered at the artist’s discretion.
Touch-ups must be requested within a specified timeframe (commonly 4–8 weeks).
Free touch-ups do not apply to:
Poor aftercare
Excessive sun exposure
Heavily worked areas or hand/finger tattoos
Some placements may require paid touch-ups.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, disrespect, harassment, or failure to follow policies.
Disrespect toward artists or staff will not be tolerated.
